What a great idea to incorporate sports, diversity, and learning into a series of books. You saw a need and filled it, great job. We can't wait to see how the characters develop and the stories they will be a part of.

My daughter has enjoyed the books and continually makes comments about them like "let's go fishing like burbur". It is fun to see her get excited about topics that we previously had discussed very little. Great job.

My two boys have been enjoying the Bur Bur books immensely! My older son loves the "Boating ABC's", while my younger son is passionate about "Bur Bur Throws Out The First Pitch". They both want to know when OUR next boating and baseball adventures will be.

Well done for choosing topics and characters which many children will be able to enjoy! Can't wait to see how all the characters develop!

Way to go Farmer's Hat Productions!!!! I teach computer classes to preschool age children and recently shared your hide and seek activity with my students. As they were introduced to Bur Bur and friends I could see such joy on their faces as they were able to relate and see themselves in the different characters. Congratulations and many thanks to you for filling a much needed gap with delightful sporting experiences through multi-ethnic characters. This concept is long overdue and you have done it in a fresh and clever way.

Looking forward to more books,

Thanks for the concept of BurBur and Friends. You've really captured something here. Our global society is such a wonderful diverse group of people, you've found a way to expose children to what our "real world" really looks like through your books. I wish you good luck and hope you continue to turn out books that feature other sports as well! This is a great niche!

As a former teacher, I am pleased to see that these books are more than just fun reading. They are educational, so the children have fun reading them, while they are learning! I LOVE the photographic glossary concepts in the back of Bur Bur's Fishing Adventure and Bur Bur throws Out the First Pitch. What an awesome way to reiterate what they have already seen and read. All children have different ways of learning, so I was excited to see this.
