I was going to say CUDOS on the cookie cuttter sandwiches. At our house, we call them "circle" sandwiches. We simply take a glass and turn it upside down on the bread. Not only does it seal the sandwich, it gets rid of the crust *that they claim not to like*. If you want something more industrial, I know Pampered Chef has a round sandwich maker that you can buy.
