Yesterday our 3 year old daughter ate salmon for the first time. We seasoned it just like your recipe, but we grilled it and it was wonderful. She didn't want to try it at first, but we told her that Salmon was a pink fish the princesses liked to eat, and she loved the idea and ate the whole thing!
