Award Winning Authors Receive Raving Reviews For their Children’s Books

Farmer’s Hat Productions™ is proud to announce that our Bur Bur and Friends™ children’s books have been named among the Greatest Products of 2007 through the iParenting Media Awards. The Bur Bur and Friends book series uses a group of multicultural characters who educate kids about sports and outdoor exploration. The series was created by two mothers of biracial children who were unable to find any books out there of this kind in a series. A.B. JoAnne, at what point did your son’s imaginary friend, Bur Bur, come alive to you? I know as parents and teachers, stories unfold around us, all the time, yet you capitalized on yours. Please share when that moment came to you, and what advice can you give aspiring authors?
